After your child receives his/her professional services from our Healthcare Providers, uninsured families will be required to pay the full amount of our Self Pay charges and insured families with commercial insurance plans will be required to pay their share of cost as defined by their insurance plan. This includes any deductible amounts, co-payments, or co-insurance amounts.
If your child has Medicaid but your plan is not active on the date of service, you will be billed for the visit at our discounted Self Pay rate.
If you have an outstanding balance on your child(ren)’s account, we will send you a statement explaining the charges owed. If you have not paid your balance due after 3 statements have been sent, we reserve the right to send your account to a Collections Agency.
