Dr. Shahab Eunus, MD
Physician, Founder
A Board-Certified Pediatrician, Dr. Shahab Eunus specializes in general and behavioral Pediatrics. Dr. Eunus earned his medical degree with honors in St. Petersburg, Russia and completed his pediatric residency at the prestigious Cornell University, Lincoln Medical, New York. Multilingual, Dr. Eunus speaks English, Russian and Bengali and has the ability to obtain medical history in Spanish. Dr. Eunus has a special place in his heart for children with ADHD, as he is the father of a child with ADHD. Dr. Eunus is a Member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Marion County Medical Society.
Dr. Pablo Almuna
Physician
Dr. Almuna is a Board-certified Pediatrician and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics with 20 years of experience in the medical field. He did his medical school at Universidad de Concepcion in Chile and worked in family medicine for many years before doing his pediatric residency at Woodhull Medical Center/New York University.

Allyson Casey
Nurse Practitioner
Allyson has practiced as a Pediatric ARNP in both a primary care setting and a pulmonary specialty since 1993, when she graduated from the University of South Florida with a masters degree in Nursing. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL
Chelsey Somarriba
Nurse Practitioner
Chelsey Somarriba, CPNP-PC, attended Florida International University where she earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing 2014, then went on to pursue her Master’s degree specializing in Pediatric Primary Care in 2019. She began her career at Holtz Children’s Hospital at Jackson Memorial Hospital in their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. She has a background in adult medical-surgical, newborn intensive care, and pediatric primary care. She is currently a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of Florida and certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
Chelsey was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is of Filipino and German descent. Throughout her professional career, Chelsey developed special interest in providing customized patient education. She has a passion in guiding and supporting patients’ families in areas such as growth and developmental milestones, nutrition, hygiene, safety, and disease prevention.
Maegan Emanuel
Physician Assistant
Maegan is a dedicated and compassionate board-certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and attended Seton Hill University where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She brings a wealth of knowledge and fresh perspective to the practice with a strong commitment to providing exceptional healthcare to children of all ages.
Throughout her clinical training, she has developed a keen interest in pediatric medicine, focusing on a warm and supportive environment for young patients and their families. She is skilled in conducting thorough examinations, diagnosing pediatric illnesses, and implementing evidence-based treatment plans. During her clinical training, she spent time at world-renowned practices such as the Department of Neurology at the Cleveland Clinic and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
In addition to her professional career, she enjoys running, traveling, and gaining new skills through hobbies and experiences. She is thrilled to be part of Premier Pediatrics and strives to build meaningful relationships with her patients and the community.
